PSW Program Updates, New Project Overview and Program Support – Option B

This one-hour information session will focus on new PSW-focused projects, including the Long-Term Care Career Navigator, the Engagement Strategy for secondary students, and the Living Classroom Toolkit for PSW programs.

There will be two opportunities to attend, this session on September 26, 12–1 p.m. OR October 8, 3–4 p.m.

The session will provide an opportunity to hear from the Ministry of Education and to discuss any issues for PSW programs for the upcoming year. There will also be a chance for instructors to discuss concerns, as well as any needed resources and supports.

CESBA PSW Lead Anita Plunkett will host. Erica D'Souza, PSW Career Navigator project lead; Tammy Cantin, Living Classroom Coordinator; and Ashley Gilbert from the Ministry of Education will be on hand to share information and updates.

This meeting will take place via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent via email prior to the event.
